I would like to learn more about the predicted price and what all is included. Can you give me an estimate of the total cost of the trip before I pay your nonrefundable $20 pre-registration deposit?

The $20 pre-registration rate is extended more for our prior event attendees who are already well aware of the value and return on investment they’ll get from our programs and want to ensure their spaces are reserved, regardless of price because they’re comfortable with our price points. We’re expecting this event to sell out, and, judging by the 30+ pre-registrations in the first week, it looks like a quick sellout is extremely likely. Instead of offering the pre-registrations space-saver deposit exclusively to those individuals, however, we decided to open it up to everyone who wishes to take advantage of it.

Fees for excursions and activities are based on the number of attendees. Rather than price registration high based on the minimum number, we’ve decided to wait to get a better idea of the numbers we should expect so that we can offer the absolute best prices. Pre-registration will end on June 18 and full registration rates will be posted at that time. As of June 12, half of the available spots have already been reserved during our first six days of pre-registrations. Please be aware that availability will be limited for those who did not pre-register. Be sure to watch our social media or subscribe to our mailing list to be alerted when registrations are within 10 spots of being sold out.

What should I do if I do not pre-register and am unable to register for a certain level once full registration opens?

You can avoid this predicament by pre-registering before June 18. Your $20 deposit guarantees your seat. If you are unable to get a spot at the Aruba retreat, our next retreat will be in spring 2019 in yet another exotic destination we’ll announce this summer. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when registration opens for the 2019 retreat.
